This is the privacy statement of ATTG BV, trading under the name ATTG BV (hereinafter: “ATTG BV”). ATTG BV offers COVID-19 testing. The online portal supports this with information and online appointments. In doing so, we process a limited number of personal
data.

This statement contains information about the processing of your personal data via the websites www.covidplus.nl and linked sites. ATTG BV is responsible for the processing of your personal data. We will always process your personal data in accordance
with applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Telecommunications Act. This statement explains how and why we collect personal data, and what this data will be used for.

Your personal data

We will not process your personal data for a purpose other than that stated in this privacy statement. In addition, your personal information will not be kept for longer than is required by law unless a legal provision requires retention or further processing.
In the event of a negative result, your data will not be stored for longer than 1 month after taking the test, with a positive result the retention period is 1 year.

We will ask for your prior consent to process your personal information, unless we have a legitimate interest to do so. If you have given your consent to the processing, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

We use all data that we collect for the purposes described below to:

  • to ensure that our test lanes and associated systems function properly;
  • to be able to process agreements properly;
  • to inform the GGD for the purpose of the Source and Contact Investigation;
  • to be able to perform your test properly;
  • determine and improve the effectiveness of our test lanes and associated systems;
  • resolve or diagnose technical problems.

Data COVID-19 test

The data you provide when making a COVID-19 test appointment will only be used for this test. These are:

  • Full name
  • residence
  • Date of birth
  • Social Security Number
  • E-mail address (for confirmation and results)
  • Mobile number
  • Visit date, type of test, location and time slot

Your ID / proof of identity will be used to verify your identity at the test location, it will not be recorded.

Cookies

We also use cookies on our website. Cookies are small files that the provider of a website places on a visitor’s equipment. For example on a computer, telephone or tablet. With cookies, information can be collected or stored about the website visit and
about (the device of) the user.

Analytical cookies

We use analytical cookies to measure the effectiveness and quality of our website. These cookies have no or only a minor impact on your privacy. We have a processor agreement with the parties that host and maintain the website.

Tracking cookies

The website may use tracking cookies, which can be viewed under the Cookies link on the ATTG BV website.

Your rights

Have your personal data removed, if the data is no longer necessary, you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing, you have – rightly – objected to the processing, and/or if your personal data has been unlawfully
processed;
Limit the processing if it is not certain whether your personal data is correct, your personal data has been unlawfully processed, your personal data is no longer necessary for ATTG BV, but you need it for a legal claim, and/or if you
have objected to the processing and this objection is still under review;
Obtain your personal data in a structured and electronic form and to transfer it – possibly directly – to another party.
You will receive a response to your request within
a maximum of four weeks. If you do not agree with the content of this response, the rejection of your request or the processing of your data by ATTG BV in any way whatsoever, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Third parties

In certain cases we will share your personal information with other parties insofar as you have given your consent, this is necessary for the execution of an agreement or if a legal regulation or a competent authority requires this. The personal data
will only be shared by ATTG BV if this is explicitly indicated in this privacy statement

Security and Safety

ATTG BV has taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and is protected against unauthorized and unlawful processing, loss, destruction or damage. For example, we use
an encrypted connection (HTTPS) on our website, so that the data sent is secured.

ATTG BV may change this privacy statement from time to time. We recommend that you regularly consult this privacy statement. We will always process your personal data in line with the privacy statement at the time of collecting your data. For questions
